In MS Word, if you press the TAB key in a table, where will the cursor move?

In MS Word, pressing the TAB key inside a table moves the cursor horizontally to the next cell in the same row.
If the cursor is in the last cell of a row, pressing TAB will move it to the first cell of the next row.
If the cursor is in the last cell of the last row, pressing TAB will automatically insert a new row at the end of the table and place the cursor in its first cell.
This behavior makes it easy to keep typing across cells without manually clicking or navigating with the mouse.

So, TAB = forward movement across cells, and SHIFT + TAB = backward movement.
