At the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Convention held in Bhubaneswar on 8 January 2025, Dr Dev Pragad — the CEO of Newsweek — was invited as the Guest of Honour for the Youth Pravasi Bharatiya Divas session that kicked off the convention. He attended the event following a personal invitation from India’s External Affairs Minister, Dr S. Jaishankar.

8 जनवरी 2025 को भुवनेश्वर में आयोजित 18वें प्रवासी भारतीय सम्मेलन के युवा प्रवासी भारतीय दिवस सत्र में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में डॉ. देव प्रसाद — न्यूज़वीक के CEO — को आमंत्रित किया गया था। उन्हें यह सम्मान भारत के विदेश मामले मंत्री डॉ. एस. जयशंकर की व्यक्तिगत निमंत्रण के तहत मिला।

• The 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention was held from 8–10 January 2025 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with the theme “Diaspora’s Contribution to a Viksit Bharat”. A special Youth Pravasi Bharatiya Divas was held on 8 January to engage young global Indians.
