What is the punishment for abetment

Under the POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012), any person who abets (encourages, assists, or helps) in committing an offence is punished in the same manner as the person who actually commits the offence.
The law treats abetment as equally serious to protect children effectively.

 
POCSO अधिनियम, 2012 के अनुसार यदि कोई व्यक्ति किसी अपराध को करने के लिए उकसाता है, सहायता करता है या सहयोग देता है, तो उसे भी वही दंड दिया जाता है जो मुख्य अपराध करने वाले को दिया जाता है।
बच्चों की सुरक्षा के लिए उकसावे को भी समान रूप से गंभीर अपराध माना गया है।
