How is the financial assistance under the PM – KISAN

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM–KISAN) scheme, financial assistance is provided to eligible farmers through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

In this system, the government transfers money directly into the farmer’s bank account, without involving middlemen. This ensures transparency, reduces corruption, and guarantees timely payment.

Eligible farmers receive ₹6,000 per year, paid in three equal installments of ₹2,000 each.

प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि (PM–KISAN) योजना के तहत किसानों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रत्यक्ष लाभ अंतरण (DBT) के माध्यम से दी जाती है।
